Logging
We work steadily all year round. We have our own logging and our own forest fund leased from the state for 49 years . The total area of forest is 45 thousand hectares and the total annual estimated cutting area is 115 thousand m3. Forest areas are located in the Northern part of the Yaroslavl region.
We have all the machinery and equipment for procurementing timber, transporting it and loading it into wagons.

We carry out forest restoration after cutting it down.
Now we are preparing to pass FSC certification in the NEPCON company
Sorting method of wood stock
We use the sorting method of harvesting wood , professional woodcutters cut down the tree, then cut off the branches and the log is cutted into sortiments of the specified length.
Thanks to this method of harvesting, the maximum preservation of undergrowth occurs in the apiaries of cutting areas. Such plots after harvesting do not need to be plowed and planted with seedlings, since there is enough undergrowth left in them, which is already 10-20 years old at the time of cuttings. Thus, we significantly reduce the period of forest restoration.
Forest removal
After that, the forwarder passes through the portages and carefully collects the sorting materials from apiaries and the portages, takes all the forest to the site where the wood is stored.
And thanks to the swamps, we can take out the forest year-round and in any weather, even in rainy summers and wet, lingering autumn.
From the place of storage, timber carriers are transported logs by to the place of processing or shipment to wagons.
Transport monitoring
In order to avoid stoppages and disruptions of equipment, which may lead to delays in the supply of timber , we have installed transport monitoring system «Omnicomm online» for all our trucks, passenger technics and refuelling stations in 2017.
This system helps us monitor all the transport in operation in real time and resolve unforeseen situations quickly.
